April 14 (order deadline-Friday, April 4
May 12 (order deadline-Friday, May 2
June 9 (order deadline-Friday, May 30

Each of these could be subject to change according to holiday schedules, physician schedules, and other matters we do not know about right now. Check this web site often for changes or you may call the GOC office at 615-791-0289 to listen to the message which will give the clinic date each month on that voice mail answering message. Thank you.
The next option will be in March (***Monday, March 10th - 2nd Monday) at Brentwood Baptist Church,
DIRECTIONS:
7777 Concord Road, Brentwood between I-65 and Franklin Road. Enter at door #5, and there will be signs there as well as a person to direct you to our location within the building.
Please contact Carol Jackson via email (which you can do from this web site) if you want to be scheduled for this clinic or by phone (office) 791-0289 . WE MUST KNOW WHO IS COMING AHEAD OF THE CLINIC AND ORDER VACCINES AHEAD FOR EACH. THAT VACCINE ORDER DEADLINE WILL BE FRIDAY, February 1st. Please include the following information in your phone call or email, so that we can serve you:
Name,
Country you will be traveling to,
Dates of travel,
Name of group or church you will be traveling with,
How many travelers in your group that might need immunizations.
We always only meet together one evening each month, generally from about 6:00 - 8:00, and you are welcome to come any time between 6:00 and 8:00 that suits your evening best. last minute reminders and instructions will be emailed to your confirmed attendance at our clinic and your vaccine order for you or your group. If the once per month evening cannot work for you, we have an alternative travel clinic to send you to during week days. They also do our Yellow Fever vaccinations for our patients. Just contact Carol for that information. Also very important, where a team is concerned, Carol can only at this time deal with a team leader who will speak for the entire group, otherwise, the volume is just too great. Thanks for understanding this and having your group leader contact her for more details to get out to the team. This also requires a spreadsheet to be emailed by vaccine order deadline of everyone's name, age and exactly which vaccines need to be ordered for each person coming to clinic, so they can be ordered and made available at the time of clinic, as we try not to keep any inventory of vaccines. Being a non-profit clinic, this is very important.
Don't forget, if you have been to see us before, that our location has changed to Brentwood Baptist Church.
I***If our January clinic date is too late for you, please call Passport Medicine, Dr. Dan Halford, at 503-0000, and they will be able to immunize you sooner. They are located here in Franklin next to Williamson Medical Center, but when you call them, they can give you all the information you need.
